The housemates may have left the Big Brother Naija: No Loose Guard house almost a year ago, but the drama is far from over. The cast recently reunited for the highly anticipated reunion show hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, and from breakups to betrayals, the tea is scorching.
Whether it’s finding out which couples survived, who’s throwing shade, or who’s still harboring grudges, we’ve got all the updates from Episodes 1 to 3. And yes, some people are at war.
Chinwe & Zion—From Zinwe to Zinchoke
Chinwe and Zion, aka Zinwe, entered the house as a couple and weren’t shy about their intimacy on-screen. But by the reunion, their relationship had crumbled. Ebuka got right to it:
“So the streets say you’re a single man. Are the streets correct?”
“They can say that,” Zion replied. “Doesn’t mean it’s right.”
Chinwe said they left the house as a couple but broke up in December. Zion claimed he “ended things” without specifics. Chinwe had receipts.
She traveled from Benin to Lagos to celebrate his birthday, partied with him at a strip club, and then he asked her to pay the bill.
“They were bringing the bills, and magically, it was my responsibility,” she said. He refunded ₦150k — but the bill was over ₦290k.
She blocked him after he ignored her calls on her last day in Lagos. Still, they got back together briefly in February… until Zion allegedly asked for ₦300k to build his website, ghosted her afterward, and then came back for more money.
“Zion has never taken me to dinner. When we go out, I take him out,” Chinwe said.
Rhuthee & DJ Flo—Friendship? Over.
They entered the house as the Floruish pair. But now?
“No, we are not [friends],” DJ Flo declared.
Post-eviction, DJ Flo said she kept hearing Rhuthee blame her for their loss. Rhuthee allegedly accused DJ Flo of not defending her during house fights, despite a 10-year friendship. DJ Flo clapped back:
“You’ve known me for 10 years. You can count how many times I’ve had a full-blown outburst.”
EPISODE 2: Frenemies, Fights & Strip Club Bills
Wanni & Onyeka — A Friendship Gone Sour
Wanni said she liked Onyeka in the house but never could “read her.” Onyeka once stopped talking to her out of nowhere because “Handi didn’t smile at her.”
Wanni claimed Onyeka said she was insecure “because of big asses.”
Onyeka fired back: Wanni was the jealous one.
“Almost every day, you’re sitting down finding a problem in Onyeka,” she said, adding Wanni slut-shamed her while calling someone else “Mrs Mbadiwe.”
Chinwe & Nelly—Apologies Over Harmful Comments
Ebuka confronted Chinwe about implying Nelly was a sex worker, based on something Zion allegedly said. Chinwe apologized.
“Perception is what you can see… but I’m very sorry for that.”
Zion echoed her apology.
EPISODE 3: Petty Chaos & Head-of-House Heat
Chinwe vs. Chizoba (and Nne)
A kitchen task gone wrong led to a major blowup. Chizoba told Chinwe not to touch their utensils after a mix-up. Chinwe heard she was called “problematic.” Chizoba said Chinwe was rude.
When Chinwe mentioned she wanted to be Head of House that week, Nne (the actual HoH) jumped in:
“Is that why you came for us?”
Nne’s aunt, Chinne, chimed in too, saying Chinwe would “never smell Head of House.”
Mbadiwe Twins—Intimidating or Just Popular?
Some housemates felt the Mbadiwe twins had too much influence in the house. Fairme said people were “scared” to speak up.
“I don’t think we did anything spectacular,” Ocee responded. “But if people respected us, that’s not our fault.”
Nne & Chinne—Sisters Divided
Their once-solid sisterhood has cracks. Nne admitted:
“Both of us are not on the best of terms… Most of the things that happened to us happened after the show.”
Chinne said Nne disrespected her and crossed the line.
“There’s a difference between standing up for yourself and being rude.”
They chose not to disclose more.
Toby Forge vs. Sooj—Fake Vibes?
Toby said Sooj gave off fake energy in the house. Sooj said not to take his “you dey worry” catchphrase seriously; it’s just his lingo.
The BBNaija: No Loose Guard reunion is far from over. New episodes promise even more drama, confessions, and clapbacks. If you missed anything or just want to relive the chaos, keep checking back for updates.
