If you switched off when Liverpool were two goals down, we need to talk. ?

Villarreal looked comfortable early on, but Liverpool had other ideas. The Reds fought back and eventually secured a dramatic 4–3 win at Anfield.

Alexis Mac Allister played a major role, scoring twice as Liverpool turned a difficult night into a memorable comeback.

This is why football is never over until the final whistle. One moment, fans are questioning their team; the next, they're celebrating like they've won the entire competition!

Still, conceding three goals at home is not exactly something to celebrate. Liverpool got the win, but there are lessons to take from that performance too.

Liverpool fans, be honest: Was this a statement of victory, or did your team make a simple match unnecessarily stressful? ?
